This 99-year project transforms the forgotten Keppel Hill Reservoir into a natural swimming pool and adventure site, blending human influence with non-human agency. Led by the Eco-Tone Companions, it fosters embodied cognition and a shared ecosystem. This project challenges traditional spaces in Singapore, inviting both humans and non-humans into a resilient ecosystem.

As part of Team Arc in a group hackathon, we reimagined the cashback experience with ShopBack Universe, a platform designed to make saving money engaging and effortless. Tackling user pain points like cumbersome processes, tracking issues, and delayed gratification, our solution introduced innovative features such as an AI assistant for personalized deal recommendations and Instant Rewards, enabling users to redeem pending cashback immediately.

With Bazaario, I’m creating a multi-vendor marketplace that simplifies buyer-seller communication through an organized chat system. My goal is to reduce clutter, streamline transactions, and enhance user experience by introducing features like categorized chats and the “Bring Up My Order” function. By focusing on intuitive design and seamless functionality, I aim to build a platform that supports efficient commerce while fostering meaningful buyer-seller connections.

This was a brand guide made as part of my duties as Head of Design for the student-run Curios Magazine

For this project, my team developed a six-point framework to evaluate liveability and blue-green urbanism in residential neighborhoods. This framework addresses the gap in quantifying the relationship between liveability and sustainable urbanism, offering a standardized tool to assess and compare cities based on key factors like green space access, water management, and social cohesion.

Our design project strengthens coastal resilience at Coney Island, Brooklyn, through educational playscapes and habitat restoration. It promotes environmental awareness, supports marine biodiversity with horseshoe crab habitats, and stabilizes the shoreline through sediment collection. By bridging gated and public spaces, the project fosters sustainable human-nature interactions through an ecological and educational approach.

This project explores therapeutic gardens and redefines what "therapeutic" means. Using Dr. Guizzo’s Contemplative Landscape Model (CLM), I adapted its guidelines to design spaces promoting therapeutic play, self-discovery, and healing. Grasshopper scripts function as a "calculator" to evaluate and adjust a site's contemplative value through design interventions. The project serves as a flexible template, showcasing how contemplative play can foster personal reconnection.

This project transforms under-utilized spaces in Jurong West Wenya into a sustainable ecosystem. By repurposing rooftops, we create modular spaces for young businesses and community activities to thrive. Programmatic interventions like networking events and makers' markets foster collaboration, all connected through the ThriveTogether app. This initiative revitalizes the area, creating an interconnected, vibrant environment where business, creativity, and community can grow together.

This project aims to explore how the idea of Hawker Centres being Singapore’s “Community Dining Rooms” can be expanded to include Cooking and Growing food together, and how this can be leveraged to encourage the elderly to step out of their homes and be more integrated with the rest of the Meiling Community.

The Mirror's Judgement is an illustration piece created for an Undergraduate class on "Skin", and is the result of an ethnographic exploration into how colourism manifests in the Desi community in Singapore.

This project explores the experience that children (between the ages 4 and 12) currently perceive a trip through Little India, and introduces a personalised playscape to modify the current unpleasant experience.

I designed a residential and co-working space in Joo Chiat for a botanist-biologist couple focused on ecological research. Inspired by the works of Neri Oxman, I drew from plant cell structures, reflecting the collaborative nature of organelles and mimicking the movement of its scientific occupants.
