This project aims to transform the under-utilized spaces in the Jurong West Wenya region into a thriving, sustainable ecosystem. Focusing on the predominantly residential land use, we’ve reimagined the rooftops as modular commercial and community spaces to support young businesses and encourage community activities. These spaces provide a platform for local entrepreneurs to grow, while fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration within the neighborhood.

In addition to the rooftop spaces, we’ve incorporated programmatic interventions such as networking events and makers' markets, offering dynamic opportunities for knowledge-sharing and innovation. These events will be seamlessly organized and promoted through ThriveTogether, a dedicated app that connects all users and enhances community engagement. By integrating technology with physical space, we aim to create a dynamic and accessible ecosystem where business, creativity, and community can thrive together. This project revitalizes underutilized spaces, making them functional, inclusive, and vibrant, while promoting sustainable urban growth.
